This group utilizes experiential learning and is geared toward adolescents (14yo-18yo) experiencing isolation, worries, stresses, self-doubt as they navigate school, relationships, and development.
The aim of the sessions is to use group to examine one's communication and relational patterns as one practices giving and receiving feedback, while relating to one another and supporting each other, and in so doing building and practicing social skills
This is a support group for teens whose parents are separating or separated.
This group will provide a therapeutic space for teens to process their thoughts and feelings with peers in similar positions. Through group, members may navigate, identity, relational boundary setting, relational development, and articulation of one's own voice.
This group is for young adults whose parents have separated (or are separating). This group will be led with a psychodynamic lens.
Members may explore identity development, emotional development, grief, transitional stressors, and relationships
